This Cookie Policy explains how Flip Level uses cookies to provide our resale analytics services. As we use Paddle as our Merchant of Record, certain cookies are required to process your payments and prevent fraud.
These cookies (or similar storage) are required for core features such as authentication and secure checkout. They cannot be switched off in our systems without breaking sign-in or payments. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function, they are active by default upon site access.
Used to keep you logged into your account securely (session and security-related tokens as configured by our authentication provider). Session length is set in our Supabase project: authentication cookies commonly align with a refresh-token window of about 7 days or a longer-lived session of up to about 30 days, depending on settings and whether you use a persistent session.
Used to process payments, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions when you purchase or manage a paid plan through our merchant-of-record checkout.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions and acts as a separate data controller for payment processing and fraud prevention.
Functional cookies help us improve how the site works or measure usage. They are not strictly required for the Service to operate. We only set non-essential cookies where permitted and, where required, after you have had a chance to consent (see the manual list below).
