We offer a 7-day window for new subscribers to explore Flip Level. If you find the tool doesn't fit your workflow, you can request a refund, provided you have not crossed the Usage Threshold.
To protect our data, a "reveal" barrier is in place for the first 3 unlocks. Once you have performed 3 unlocks or 7 days have passed, the barrier is removed for your convenience, and the subscription is considered fully consumed and non-refundable.
Refunds within the satisfaction window (section 1) are only available while you are still under both the 7-day window and the 3-unlock threshold, unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
Monthly renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and you'll keep access until the end of your paid month.
Flip Level uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund within the 7-day/3-unlock window, please contact support@fliplevel.com. We will verify your usage and process the request via Paddle.
